For Families:

  • Details about your childcare needs 

 For Nannies: 

  • Name and contact details
  • ID verification documents
  • Work history and references
  • Certificates or qualifications (e.g., First Aid)
  • Profile and other photos 

Important: While we collect certain documents for verification purposes (e.g., ID, police check, certifications), we only sight these documents and record details such as expiry dates. We do not store them – they are deleted immediately after verification. 

For Everyone: 

  • Login details (username, password)
  • Messages and communication via our platform
  • Website usage (cookies, device info, IP address)

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: 

  • Match families with suitable, verified nannies
  • Help nannies find the right jobs
  • Send you updates, messages, or service alerts
  • Improve our platform and customer experience
  • Keep our community safe

We never sell your information.

  • With nannies or families when you’re matched (only necessary info)
  • With trusted service providers who help us run the platform (e.g., ID check services, hosting providers)

 We always ensure your data is protected when shared.

We store your data securely on encrypted servers. We take all reasonable steps to protect your information from loss, misuse, or unauthorised access. 

Only staff with a real need to access your data can do so. 

Note: All ID and certification documents provided by nannies are deleted after they are sighted – we do not retain copies.

You have the right to:

  • Ask us to delete your account or data
  • Withdraw consent to receive emails or marketing
