How It Works

• Hourly Rate – Families will pay nannies 100,000 IDR per hour, with a minimum booking of 5 hours per day.
• Travel Fee – There is a 50,000 IDR daily travel fee, to be paid directly to the nanny. If more than one nanny is booked, this fee applies per nanny.

Hourly Rate Based on Number of Children 

Note: The rates for two nannies are split between both nannies. Each nanny receives half of the total rate and must agree on how to divide the payment. 

At Bali Nanny Co, we take pride in providing families with trustworthy, reliable, and professional nannies. To maintain high standards, we expect the following from you:

• Reliability & Communication – If you need to cancel a booking, you must inform us immediately. Do not send a friend or replacement in your place.
• Kindness & Respect – Always be polite, patient, and professional when interacting with families and children.
• Commitment to Bookings – When a family books you, they expect you to show up. Stick to your agreed hours and be flexible with small schedule changes.
• Good Communication – Keep in touch with families before and during your booking. Confirm start times, ask questions, and keep them updated on how their child is doing.
• Honesty & Integrity – Be truthful about your experience, skills, and availability. Never accept a booking you cannot commit to.
• Safety First – Always prioritise children’s well-being and safety. If you notice any concerns, communicate with the family and, if needed, notify Bali Nanny Co.

By following these expectations, you’ll build strong relationships with families and earn great reviews.

• Families are encouraged to book the same nanny for multiple consecutive days.
• Once booked for consecutive days, nannies should prioritise that family during the agreed hours and not accept other jobs.
• Nannies must be flexible with start and end times and communicate directly with families to align on schedules and expectations.

• If a nanny feels uncomfortable, mistreated, or notices more children than agreed upon, they must notify Bali Nanny Co immediately. We are here to support and protect our nannies.
• Nannies receive reviews and star ratings after each job, helping them build a strong reputation.

• As part of Bali Nanny Co, you’ll be part of the largest nanny community in Bali, with opportunities to connect and share experiences.
• We can assist with police checks and first aid training and are happy to reimburse the cost once you complete your first job with us.
