We’re Kim and Lauren, two mamas who deeply believe in the magic of connection, care, and opportunity. As an American-Australian and Australian duo raising our own young children, we’ve experienced firsthand just how much of a difference a great nanny can make; not only for families, but for the children and caregivers themselves.
That belief is what led us to create Bali Nanny Co in 2025.
Our mission is to champion the amazing women behind the care; nannies who bring warmth, wisdom, and real childcare experience to families visiting Bali. These women are more than babysitters. They are professionals. They are mothers. They are caregivers who help children feel safe and seen while allowing families to relax and enjoy the island.
We are proud to work with nannies who are skilled, loving, and truly exceptional. Every nanny in our community is carefully vetted, holds current first aid and CPR certification, and brings a calm, capable presence to every family they support. Many have been caring for children for years; both in their own homes and as trusted carers for others.
We built this platform to not only support traveling families but to provide meaningful, well-paying opportunities for local women who deserve recognition and respect for the incredible work they do. We’re committed to fair conditions, professional development, and celebrating our team’s dedication and heart.

Frequently Asked Questions
We ask that you keep your calendar updated at all times. Families rely on this information when choosing a nanny, so it’s important that your availability is always accurate. If you’re not available on a certain day, please update your calendar as soon as possible to avoid confusion or missed bookings.
You can apply by filling out our nanny registration form. Through this process, we’ll ask that you complete your profile, tell us about your experience and submit your identification and certification documents. Following verification, a member of the BNC team will be in touch via Whatsapp for a short chat. We love to get to know all of our nannies.
Nannies are paid directly by the family. The standard rate for one child is 100,000 IDR per hour
